Maslow Murphy

AI imitates, but it is not intelligent. Knowing which problem to solve — and which solution will still make sense in eighteen months — isn't found in a prompt. That human judgement is the result of thirty years of experience implementing emerging technologies. This is Maslow Murphy.
In 1985, newspapers were laid out with scissors and tape. By 1995, those artisans were obsolete. Desktop publishing didn't just improve the craft: it eliminated the category. By 2025, the fourth generation of developers had created LLMs to automate the production of creativity, but not the judgment of what to create. That gap is closing, and the leaders who survive will face the storm and make their own business model obsolete — before someone else does.
Maslow Murphy is small by design. We use AI to reduce the delay between human decisions, to reduce human effort, and to reduce the cost of mistakes.
Any motivated person can build a website, write a strategy deck, or automate a workflow. Today, AI tools are cheap, fast, and accessible. But they cannot replicate human judgment: knowing which problem is actually the problem, which resource is a bottleneck, and which decisions will look obvious in hindsight.
The goal of every engagement is to make Maslow Murphy unnecessary, to automate ourselves out of a job. We build systems that run without us, and we leave.
A structured, time-boxed analysis of where AI will eat your organization, where it will help it, and what to do first. You leave with a prioritized roadmap and the reasoning behind every decision. Most clients act on it themselves. Some ask us to stay.
For organizations where the diagnostic reveals something serious. We embed, execute, manage stakeholders, and hand over a system that runs without us. Not a report. Not a recommendation. A working thing with documentation, measurement, and a clear owner on your side.
Data-driven storytelling and AI-native decision-making for enterprise sales teams and leadership groups. Built on fifteen years of teaching at Deloitte and Wells Fargo. Skills compound across quarters. A Friday workshop disappears by Monday. This doesn't.
Maslow Murphy takes very few clients, for focused engagements. The right fit is usually someone who recognizes at least one of these:
If that sounds familiar, then we're ready to work together.
